If a trial court case is appealed and REVERSED and REMANDED by the appellate court and the "law of the case" is stated which reversed the trial court's decision. Is discovery automatically restarted again? What are the time limit cutoffs for a new deposition? or additional discovery?
isn't discovery considered untimely at this point when the only thing that changed was the original judgment was reversed because the trial court erred?
