My question involves restraining orders in the State of: FL
I have an injunction against a person whose children have been placed with my family through the court. This person's relative has also continued to call and contact me. For a brief period, I was receiving many calls a day on both my cell and home phone. I quit answering. Voice mails were left. I have NOT filed an injunction against this person at this time. I am needing to change phones. How can I get these voice mails off my cell phone and save them for evidence should I need them to prove the harassment (should I need to) at a later date? In what form will these threatening and lengthy voicemails be admissible in court?
