My question involves criminal law for the state of: new york
This question is just one of interest for me based on a recent article I read; offenders, officers and prosecuters, or anyone who works with this populations, please share what comes to mind:
What are the most common ways a Parolee gets "set up" or "technically violated" by an officer who thinks the person is being less than sincere but hasnt really been caught doing anything, or the parolee just isnt liked in the first place? what type of technical violations, outside of new arrests or drug use, really pisses a parole officer off?
thanks for any input !
