My question involves criminal law for the state of:
Michigan 86th district court. I'm on bond pending probation and have to take four drug test a month, theres ten days left in the month and I just did my fourth test this morning, i'm curious if now if they call my color and number do I have to go in, as they said i only had four a month. I called the court house and the lady I spoke to made it seem as if i would have to go in but she didn't even sound sure herself. If anyone has any experiance with this i would appreciate any feedback, it seems unfair if they say i have four a month to then make me come in again until the start of the next month as i have to pay for each drug screen and live over 45 minutes away. I haven't had any contact with any illegal substances and know for a fact all of my drug screens have been negative for any illicit drugs so theres no reason for them to want to test me again, so it seems to me that if they say four a month and i have no trouble passing each one of the test then if they say my color again i shouldn't have to test again, right? I know someone with my same color and number might have 8 a month but there must be some way to confirm that i'm seperate from them and have already fullfilled my obligatory four test a month, Please any feedback is helpful.
