My question involves criminal law for the state of: Virginia/Florida
My brother is in prison in the state of VA but when he gets out he needs to come live with me in Florida. He has no place to go in VA so he would be going straight to the airport and flying to FL-Is this possible? Who do we need to talk to before he gets out of prison to make this happen as seamlessly as possible?
