My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: California
I signed up for some dance classes at a certain rate. The studio owner has since sent an email saying that there is so much demand for the instructor, she is revoking the original price for those classes and will be charging credit cards for more if we still want to take the class. She says she will refund us if we don't want to do that.
Is that legal? It was advertised and charged as discounted, but now wants to charge the people who *already paid* even more just to stay in the class.
