My question involves an easement in the state of:North Carolina, Randolph county. I am the servient property owner in a driveway easement that crosses my property line in two separate locations. The dominate property owner states that I can't use the driveway to access my property because I would have to cross his property. He states the easement is for him to cross my property only, not me crossing his. The agreement states that it is an non exclusive easement. Can I use this easement? Thanks in advance.
