My question involves small claims court in the state of: Florida.
I am pro se in a small claims case against a Florida corporation. The corporation hired an attorney. However, an employee of the company has called and visited multiple times in an attempt to resolve the matter. I don't mind speaking with the chap, but an attorney filed a notice of appearance with the court.
How would you handle this?
Thanks.
