My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Oklahoma and Kansas.
My question is not about weather I owe the money or not.
In July the company got a judgement against me. I told them at that time I could not afford to pay due to some other issues.
Now yesterday I got a call from a collection company telling me they were going to sue me over this, and I stated I had already been sued on it. there response we are still going to sue you again for this debt.
The company did not identify themselves other than they had been retained by their client to sue me over this deal.
Now can they actually sue me again?
And isn't this harassment?
