Speeding Tickets: Traffic Camera Tickets in Cleveland, Ohio

My question involves a photo traffic ticket from the state of: OHIO

Hi, I need help on this matter: it’s about the Traffic Camera Tickets in Cleveland, Ohio

This year, I have received two letters claiming I committed the violation of a speeding law in Cleveland, OH 4300 Block of Payne Ave. EB. Both letters stated my vehicle speed is 36 MPH. One violation date was 03/09/2014. I paid the $100 in full.

The other one the violation date was on 06/14/2014. I have not paid the $100. I want to fight the ticket. Because I think it’s not accurate. I have a court date next Thursday 09/18/2014 in Cleveland OHIO. I want to challenge on the camera self –calibrating. The government needs to approve the camera is function properly. I would request all maintenance records for the camera(s) involved.



Fact: This road is my daily commute. I see clearly the mobile speeding camera locates on ‘Cleveland, OH 4300 Block of Payne Ave. EB”. I know this is a 25 MPH speed zoon. I don’t get why they are sending me the tickets. After I got the 2nd letter, I started to think this is not accurate.

Also, is legal to have a Mobile speeding Camera on 4300 Block of Payne Ave. EB Cleveland, OH?
