My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Alaska
settlement court in a week. im curious as to what this judge will settle. I want full custody and so does my ex who is a non parent. will she favor either of us? the courts seem to be favoring him but then again its been a year since all this started so im really hoping its gets settled in a week. since hes not the biological father nor the legal father and paternity has not been established, can she refuse me full custody of my daughter? he will never have to pay child support, the GAL said, so wont that matter when determining this case?
