My question involves business law in the state of: Washington, in an Unincorporated community of Spokane county.
i would like to open a male strip club, and serve alcohol during business hours. I understand that the male dancers will not have the ability to be fully nude because of the alcohol, but am completely okay with that.
My first question that comes up is how can I see other adult dancing locations, they are females dancing, perform lap dances when everything I see says there must be a 10ft. rule for dancing? I see in D.C.R, Inc. v. Pierce County they upheld a 10ft rule, and in Deja Vu-Everett-Federal Way, Inc. v. City of Federal Way they upheld a 4ft rule.
The floor layout would have an elevated stage area for performances, and then a separate private area that is for group shows (such as bachelorette party). This would be a separated section through doors.
I am not asking about laws pertaining to the alcohol right now, mainly just asking about the ability to have a "lap dance" provided to the patrons.
