I recently created a graphic of a Spartan helmet that I would like to use on merchandise that I sell. This graphic is 100% original and created by me. It is different than any other graphics that I'm aware of. However, it does resemble other graphics in a way. It sort of has to. They are all Spartan helmets.
How does copyright law work for something like this? The shape of the helmet alone isn't protected by copyright is it? My graphic is absolutely different from others and created by me from scratch. I'm still concerned about possible legal ramifications.
