Emancipation: Violent Almost 18 Year Old

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Wisconsin

I live in Wi and have a son who will be 18 in 2 months. He was expelled from school 3 years ago for having a weapon on school grounds and hasn't returned since. We've dealt with truancy tickets and court appearances until he decided he wasn't going period. Now he sits around the house doing nothing at all during the day. He smokes, drinks and does drugs and is extremely mean to his younger brother and to an extent both of us parents. When we say something to try to correct this behavior he gets violent and it always ends in a physical altercation with my property damaged. We have called the police but it usually ends up with them telling us they're sorry about our situation but we could be arrested for hitting him back :wallbang:. He has a 3 year old son we support and we're just getting fed up with him doing nothing and causing fights and problems at home. Is there a way to get him out of our home legally right now ?
