I am planning on completing school for nursing. I had one arrest last year in the state of nc of simple assault 1 but charges were completely dismissed and I am having it expunged right now. I am moving back to nj for school and as I am reading the questions on the license application, I only need to disclose convictions. I am worried that they will be able to see an expunged record. Would they?
