Kidnapping: False Imprisonment

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Georgia

I have a friend who lives in Georgia who is profoundly deaf, and has had a poor education. Because of this, her mother and her mother's boyfriend have been extremely controlling of her ability to go places. My friend is 27 years old, with no diagnosed mental illness, but has yet to obtain her GED or diploma. She was once talking to people in the local Vocational Rehab office, but in the past two months, her mother and mother's boyfriend have cut her off from the outside world with the exception of a few friends. Among the things she is not allowed to do, currently, is:

1. Speak to college representatives, or other educational personnel in universities and GED programs. They have actively prevented her from obtaining an education.

2. Speak to any males whatsoever that are not family.

3. And she is only allowed to leave the house with a few choice people, who are always interrogated about every single thing they do.

She has expressed a desire to leave, and one of our mutual friends has contacted me asking to help get her to a safe place. They have also threatened to charge me with "speaking with her about masturbation", and said they sent said conversations with her to the local Sheriff's department. I haven't seen any of the local cops calling me about these, but that's not surprising as there isn't anything illegal about it.

Aside from our plan to help her get someplace safe where she can get the support she needs to be independent, I'm wanting to know exactly what is wrong with this picture, aside from them logging onto her facebook without her permission (violation of the TOU according to Facebook). I'm fairly certain it's illegal, but I'm not sure.

From the last message I received, she is either threatened by the boyfriend, or has been harmed by him.
