Hello. I am on a program called 'mental health court' and have broken a bone in several places and was prescribed tramadol for pain after all non-narcotic medication had failed to control my pain. Tramadol is on the non-approved medications list and is a scheduled drug as of a few months ago, but when I signed the court agreement not to take any controlled/scheduled drugs tramadol was not scheduled. The court had told me not to take tramadol when i presented the it in court, can they do this? thanks!
