Termination: Company Says I Broken Confidentiality Policy but I Didn't

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Texas

My husband worked for an armored car service that he worked at for 5 years without any incident. I received employment with a company that he picked up money from. About 2 months into my employment money went missing from a center that I was scheduled at (all employees float to different centers there was a total of 5 people that were also there). My husband's company had a formal investigation which they found inconclusive and ended up firing him and his driver for the monies being lost. My company took me into a meeting with the Area Director and HR Director asking me questions like "if I noticed anything weird or off that day, etc" then they started asking me questions about my husband and if I talk to him about our cash handling policies. Which I stated the truth is no. I advised my husband had made a suggestion of the company getting a safe instead of leaving the money in a locked drawer (which he knew because he picked up their money). The company fired me stating that I told him our cash handling policies therefore breaking the confidentially agreement I signed at hire date. My question is what can I do and can I get my job back for wrongful termination? I never spoke with my husband about our policies and they have no proof. Can they just terminate me on an assumption?
