Registering a Vehicle: How to Register a Vehicle Purchased Out-of-State

I live in florida and bought a car online from a dealer in ohio for my daughter. Everything went smooth with rhe loan. Bur now i cannot register the vehicle in ohio or florida. Since i am a resident of florida i must register it here. But florida will not because it has ohio car insurance. Ohio will not because the title has my florida address on it. The car is staying in ohio, had to pay florida tax and now was told the dealer had put the car is coming to floria. Be fighting this for 2weeks. And they keep blowing me off. Is there anything i can do?
