My question involves business law in the state of: Montana
I worked for a domestic violence shelter classified as a federal nonprofit under 501(c)(3). The nonprofit is run by a board of directors, whose names are not publicly available anywhere I can find. I twice requested from my boss that she give me the names of all the board members, but she never has. Is she (or anyone) legally obligated to provide me those names? Are they legally obligated to provide the contact information for the board members as well?
(If they are legally obligated, and yet they still don't provide them, what can I do?)
Thanks.
