My question involves real estate located in the State of: Pennsylvania.
My wife and I carry a mortgage on a property. Her name is on the deed with her parents but I am not. Ands they are not on the mortgage. We want out but do not want to hand over the property nor do we want to default on said mortgage. They (parents) were paid a large sum of money from daughter to buy property, They had kept their name on the deed after purchase. What can we do now that we no longer want to live here but they wont let us sell. They also believe hat they can use our house for personal storage against our wishes. Thanks for any and all help in advance.
