My question involves criminal records for the state of: California
Back in September of 2013 I was arrested for embezzling $950 dollars, which is a felony arrest. When I fought for the case in court my lawyer presented the judge with information about myself that helped him make the choice of dropping my case to a misdemeanor with a confession, which I did say. I know would like to pursue a career in forensic investigation and before I register on my classes would like to know if it's even worth it? I was arrested for a felony but never got convicted because the judge did not feel it was of felony charge will that pull me back from getting the job?
