My question involves civil rights in the State of: New York, ohio?
Hello,
I was wondering if I could sue an online doll community for depriving the rights of freedom of speech as well as disobeying their own rules. I've suffered a lot under them, we are not permitted to bad-mouth members even privately as we all know it is human nature to gossip. It has caused a lot of ill-will amoungst it's members even their staff members I've caught bad-mouthing members but when brought to their attention they assumed it was on official staff business ie their board to "talk" about bad members. Ontop of that, they've rejected my money to purchase "bred" dolls due to the fact I've been trying to prove that my terms with another member were well within my rights as a handler. Which were I could choose whom to breed my doll to and who got the offspring. My terms were they were not to be bred into existence to be traded/sold; They were not to be in boxes forever as the person asking is known for doing those things. and Finally that a handler that breaks their dolls to not ever own them. The person these terms were put on agreed to them. As I also said after you get them I cant stop you from doing anything.

So, they bitched at me about those. and as im trying to explain they are well within the lines of my rights as well as a disclaimer I made it clear once I oked the breeding I had no control over it they decide to not accept my breedings for that season AND ban me for three months. Saying my terms were out of line. when they were not and I was arguing. So! then they go to say they have a right to reject breedings. Ok that's fine. I don't care. WHAT I do care about is that they are using my dolls due to the permissions they received before the incident where I was to get my own. So that means they are breeding for other people and using my dolls breedings when they are limited. That's not right. The owner flat out said to me in email, I have not received any messages to refund the deposits. So I tell my friend to do so and she points her at the TOS that they aren't refundable. Why the **** would you say I haven't gotten anything insinuating you would refund them just to say naw. screw you.
