Federal Taxes: Personal Funds Transfer into the United States

What forms do you need to file when you would like to transfer personal funds (savings) from overseas into the United States, and the sum is greater than $10,000? Previous FinCEN form 114 has been filed online to declare those funds abroad.



Are there any tax repercussions in the United States pursuant to that transfer?
