My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington, DC
My Love one recently has an underlying domestic violence charge of simple assault. The charges were dropped on the day of the trial. She is on parole so a warrant was put out for her by the parole board. She has the probable cause hearing and denied all charges against her and declined the 12 month sentence offer that they gave her if she would accept the violation. Now she has to have a revocation hearing. What should we expect?
