Initiation of Charges Does a Criminal Complaint Have to Identify a Specific Officer as Complainant

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Massachusetts

I was stopped and charged with OUI last week. While there are some inconsistencies in regards to the arrest report which I plan to discuss with my attorney, my question is in regards to the Application for Criminal Complaint. On the application, under "Case Information" the complainant's name is neither the arresting officer, the officer who processed my booking while at the station, nor the officer who performed an inventory search in my vehicle. The "Complainant Type" is checked off as POLICE, so my question is: if the name of the complainant is not a member of the town's police force, is this something that can be brought up as a point of contention?
