My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado.
I was just transferred to another county for my probation. I haven't met with my probation officer. I schedule my first appointment with him and then had to change it due to work. He then choose another time for me and I later was scheduled to work that day. Mkay boss is very strict and told me if I missed work on this day she would have to let mgr go because it was a very busy day at work due to special event in town.I called 4 days ahead of time to reschedule and he wasn't in office. I left message and he called me the day before meeting and told me I needed to try and make it. I called back and left message saying I will lose my job please let more reschedule and I won't ever mis another meeting. He never returned my call. I have Friday and Monday off. Should I keep calling him until I can reschedule our show up at office on those days. I'm afraid though if I goo I might get arrested. Is that possible? I have kids I need to support. It's very difficult for me to find work as a felon. This is my first time in trouble. I was charged with check fraud and sentenced to 3 years deferred judgment probation. Please any advice would help. Thank you.
