My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington, Seattle.



Has anyone found that if a school speed limit assembly contains more than one

lower plaque informing when the reduced speed limit is in effect, example:

" when children are present" and " or when flashing" that it does not conform

with the standards defined and illustrated the MUTCD 2009 manual along with WAC 39-151-035?
