Termination of Support: Custodial Parent Trying to Figure Out How to Terminate a Support Order in New York

My question involves child support in the State of: New York



I am the non-custodial parent. After 12 years of paying support through the NYS child support collection unit my child's mother and myself decided we would like to terminate the original order and stop paying through the collection unit. Going forward I will be paying her directly.

Is anyone aware of the steps she needs to take in order to do this?
