My question involves criminal records for the state of: indiana
a recent background check has reveiled to me that my past conviction has been documented as a possession of cocaine but should be a possession of a controlled substance (xanax) not sure how to procede with getting this corrected it has cost me the job but for future apps i have to list as possession of cocaine with explaintion for fear of false reporting costing me the job either way its frustrating because this is over six yrs old and im still paying for my crime
