My question involves a marriage in the state of:Washington.
My ex moved our children without giving proper notice to myself or the courts. I've established an order restraining him from putting them into a new school, that's all I could do since he's already moved. Now I need to get the objection to relocation filed. I've got the papers filled out but I'm wondering if it's wise to use his emotional & mental stability as a reason I am objecting to his move & the reason I want the temporary parenting plan changed to reflect that the children are with me & he only gets visitation. Right now the plan says we both have the children. I've got the evidence showing he's suicidal & involved in street drugs. Is this the type of hearing I should use this evidence for?
