My question involves an eviction in the state of: VA
I moved in with my boyfriend 3 years ago. At the time the house was in his name but he had it put in his dads name so a debtor couldn't take it. Now the land that the house sits on he and i both have our name on the rental lease. Here lately he is telling me to leave. I would but I have no place to go yet. I need to know if he can just legally kick me out of this house even if his name was on it? I really need help, I am so scared to be homeless.
