My question involves insurance law for the state of: CA. I'm a physician and I work for another solo physician. When I enrolled in 20 insurance to see patients, the benefits were re-assigned to this solo physician. For Medicare, it's called re-assignment of benefit which is common. The issue I have is, my employer solo physician doesn't share any of claim information for patients that I see. Therefore, I don't know whether he is claiming accurately.
