Modification of Support: Modifying Child Support Due to the Custodial Parent's Becoming Employed

jeudi 6 novembre 2014

My question involves child support in the State of: Alabama. My fiancé's x-wife isn't reporting that she has been working. I have pictures of her at work from this year, as well as, last year. We only found out recently that she worked last year. We have been fighting for custody for 2 years due to neglect. We send child support, but the kids do not see it. We still have to buy them new shoes due to being too small, and clothes for the same reason. The kids have had lice so many times we cant count, they have had scabies, and scars from bug bites where she isn't taking care of them. We have been keeping a calendar of all the occurrences. What can we do? We still do not have a court date for our next hearing due to it all of our dates being continued. We have only been heard once. There's 2 other children involved (new husband). They recently bought a car that doesn't fit all the children with each children having their own seat belt and all the children are under 12.
