My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: California.
This question has probably been asked before, but I recently got a parking citation at an enclosed lot.
Upon inspecting the ticket, I noticed the license plate was off by 1 digit. Is there any ground in dismissing this citation?
The ticket has only the last 4 digits of my VIN#, make of vehicle, style (2 door), color, and registration date.
However, the plate number is off.
