My question involves traffic court in the State of: CALIFORNIA.
City of Fremont and the traffic court system is one of those strict unforgiving courts.
I was wondering if anyone can fill me in on some insight as to how some of the judges/commissioners are in terms of fairness, flexibility, etc..
I am fighting a red light camera ticket, in which i was already found guilty after TBD. So I requested for a new trial and I believe my case will be handled by Sue Alexander-judicial officer.
Does anyone know or can give me some insight and advise on how this person is? I am trying to see if I need to request for another extension and/or request for a change in venue...
Then after that if there are any people that had a red light camera ticket and can provide some good sound advise and points of reference to win my case, I would greatly appreciate it.
thanks
