My question involves a HOA not COA located in the State of: Florida
I am an owner in a HOA community and I am in a fierce debate over whether or not the board has the authority to tow my vehicle out of the driveway that I own. In our neighborhood the property lines are all the way to the street and include the driveway.
The vehicle does not hang over into the road at all and does not block and sidewalks. It is entirely contained within the driveway.
Is it legal for them to tow my car out of my own driveway?
