Driver's License Applications: Had Dwi/Duis 7 Years Ago

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: NY/SC



Hi. I had a couple DUI/DWIs in NY about seven years ago. I never tried to get it reinstated there. All periods of suspension/revocation are over, now.



There may have been a fine and some DMV fees I never took care of in NY.



I've just moved down to SC and am wondering if I'll be able to get a license issued in this state.
