My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Oregon
Basically my mom lied to a judge and told him I was still doing drugs even though it was a past problem and I'm now clean. I've never had a case with cps, or any evidence of abuse or neglect. I asked my mom to babysit for a couple weeks while I went to Los Angeles to get a car and whole I was gone she said a bunch of lies and got a temporary protective order. Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do next? I am looking for a lawyer but not aure if in Oregon or California . He lives with me in California but my mom got the order in Oregon. Any feedback?
