My grandfather passed away a year and a half ago and left behind a considerable estate. He named my uncle executor but, unfortunately, this uncle has not take a single step towards settling the estate and has now cut off contact with beneficiaries.
My question is, what can we do about this? What are the steps to take to have him removed?
