Judgment Issues: Post Judgement Publicize Marketing Judgement Copy Online

My question involves judgment recovery in the State of:Texas



I have Judgement awarded one year ago and defendant is not paying /responding for payment plan requests



IF I make public video of judgement and publicize /promote with their business/personal name on youtube/google



Can they come after me for libel/reputation damage



OR make google close my online video/account using gmail/yutube ?





I will use a new google account



also can setup new website that google/youtube cannot control /close
