Military Justice: Domestic Violence

Hi I am a male spouse. My wife is currently deployed. While deployed the army sent her home because we were having some issues. While home she had struck me in the face with a beer bottle cutting my face in several places. She was arrested on post the. Released a few hours later. And after a week they redeployed her. I was willing to work things out. Until my wife had told me she wanted a divorce and that she was under investigation. Her unit does not seem to care much about what happen. I am currently working with a victims liaison. But I was told they were not going to do anything to her till she gets back. My question is. Is there anyway I can ensure that she is court martialed and septerated from the service. What she did in the real world would have been domestic battery with a weapon which is a felony. And I will make sure that this is not swept under the rug. And I get what my family is entitled to. I don't wAnt to fill you in on every detail. But this women has absolutely ruined my life. The only reason I was willing to work it out and swallow my pride was for my kids. But now that she is seeking a divorce and is cheating on me. I have no choice. I belive they are allowing her to reenlist. Which I think is ridiculous. She has a pattern of misconduct and many negative counsling . Is it because she is a female they might sweep it under the rug. I'm just not sure how to make sure this is handle properly and that she doesn't get Away free.
