My question involves traffic court in the State of: CALIFORNIA
I got a ticket for 21461(A) CVC FAILURE TO OBEY SIGN/SIGNAL. I went in the a small street in the DO NOT ENTER entrance. On the ticket comments (weather, road and traffic conditions), the officer stated CLOUDY DRY HEAVY. It is in a small street. The traffic can't be heavy. 1 car per 3 minute. I live right on the small street. Can I use this excuse (the traffic in the street can't be heavy, part of the statement in the ticket is NOT TRUE) in the court to fight this ticket?
At the same time I got the ticket, the officer stopped two more people. How can I prove he was setting up a trap and hiding in there to catch people. He didn't flash his light while giving me the ticket. That makes the other two people get caught. What can I say about this?
