Private Sales: Buying a Ticket in Nevada to a Sold Out Show for Under Face Value

dimanche 12 avril 2015

Nevada.

I bought a ticket from 3 people in a casino to a show at showtime for under face value. I was approached asked for I.D. Asked if I knew the people I was with.I was asked if I exchanged money for a ticket they say the camera saw exchanged.I told them no but they say they have it on camera. I asked what was the problem. They kept looking to the eye in the sky to verify what they were accusing us of. The gentleman I was with said the ticket was sold for under the face value. They threatened to take us under arrest and press this further. We were asked if we had been drinking and we were forced to leave the property. I have the ticket .I have the time and date of the alleged crime. I am out $100. The other gentleman is out $185. And $85. They took my drivers license info . Was this legal. Do I have any recourse. If they saw everything ,they saw a 100 dollar bill. 04/11/2015
