My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Indiana
My ex bf and I have a one year old together. We never married. I have sole physical custody and we share legal custody. My current bf has a d felony for domestic battery. He has hit me once which I made sure to let my sons dad know and all he did was say he wanted our son living with him. He didn't even show concern for me. And he never answers his phone so he has a voicemail of me saying that I was hit. And then I texted him when my bf said he was going to beat me the other day. He keeps saying he wants our ssonto live with him, but I just ignore him when he says this. Now he's taking me to court for custody. My bf doesn't hit my son or yell at him. He's only hit me once and although he makes threats of kicking me out, he's never done it. My ex isn't able to get a lawyer but neither am I. So why would he even get custody when our sons not in danger??? Doesn't he see he's wasting his time?
