My question involves court procedures for the state of: Texas

Hello guys, let me introduce myself. I'm currently working in the healthcare field and is a nursing student at the same time (trying to get my bachelors. I have an associates right now.) I have one more month before I graduate. HOwever, there is an issue that I'm a little worry about. I don't even really know where to start as I never got in trouble with the law. That is why I'm so afraid.

I have been chosen to be the group leader of a class. It is a community class. I didn't want to be the group leader in the first place because I know I have to get everyone on the same page and turn things on in the right time. Anyways they chose me to be the group leader. A group leader doesn't mean I have to be the one doing the most work all the time. I work 5 days a week sometimes 6, and recently just got a job that I have to work 5 days a week as well along with full time student.

I basically have to do all the work in the project on my days off or after I get off of work. I basically got fed up last night over an issue. There was one group member that makes up everything and then put down that she actually did the work. As a group leader I requested her a week ago to turn in what she research so the group could have input in it and to avoid doing double work. She tells me one day that she can turn it in tomorrow. Then when that days comes I ask her and she tells me her kids pour some water on her laptop so she will have to turn it in the next day. It turns out that she lied about. I just got so frustrated that I told her I was fed up with how some group members would say they would help me do some of the things then end up not doing it.

Basically I told her, "trust me, I could email the teachers if you lied about something that you didn't do." I also told her that i question the validity of what she say she does because everytime she say she does something and the group request her to post it so the group could see. She either avoids the question or just ignore it altogether. I'm I suppose to wait day after day of excuses and have to do someone else work on my time. She told me she finish this a week ago, and I have requested her to post it to the group so we could have input on it. It only takes a few seconds to upload a word document file.

The group or I then have to do her work. She told me if I keep on going at it then she will say that I'm harassing her. When I heard that I said I'm sorry right away and to say good night. It was around 11 pm. She told me that I woke her kids up. Which I also apologize right away and I said good night. (This was through a discussion chat so there was an option to put it on vibration.)

Im just worry that the school will kick me out or that I will get in trouble. I just got fed up with some of the members taking advantage of me cause they know I will do the work for them. I'm sorry guys I can't explain it any better. I have done some reading online and it says that every states have different definition of harassment but it boils down to require that the behavior cause a credible threat to the person's safety or their family safety. I didn't threaten any physical harm to her. I said "trust me I could email the professors that you actually didn't do the work." There is no history of this. This is the first time I actually told her how I felt.

Please help me guys. I have been losing sleep over this and have been shaking the whole day at work worrying that I might get kick out of school for this.
