My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: arizona. Hi I have been homeless for sometime and was given an old van went and registered it.popped up on computer I have restitution lein I had no idea I had and been increasing over the years.anyway I need to find a way to get rid of it.it is almost broke down and I will get an abandoned vehicle fine for 500 bucks and affect my license that I just was able to get back. Does anybody know a way around this. The junk yard won't even take it for free bc of lein
