My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Colorado
I know, I should have seen the hail damage before I purchased my vehicle. I just bought a 2007 Honda Pilot for market value (good-excellent condition). It has a bright white paint job and on a sunny day (like when I bought it), it's nearly impossible to notice the damage and it was foolish of me to think that the dealer would have mentioned it in the first place. Well I just noticed a least a hundred little dents on the hood which are very noticeable on an overcast day and feel lost on what I should do. I assume that I'm liable since I purchased it as is but it just seem so unethical. The vehicle was owned by one of their managers for 2-3 years and I'm certain they knew about the damage. How couldn't they?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I'm missing any info that may help you.
