My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: Florida.
I am considering purchasing a classic car from an estate,
1962 Jaguar 4 door for $1,000, it is located in Florida as am I.
The people seem legitimate but they have either lost
the title or their late father never not have one.
It is a car that needs restoration.
How do they or how do I get a title?
