Hello, I'm 15 and I'm now living in the uk. When I was about 6 my dad left and went to the U.S to work and about 6 months after my mom decided to go as well. I wasn't aware of anything that was going on obviously I was still a little kid. Me and my parents have overstayed our visas. We entered in 2006 and me and my mom left in July 2014. My question is since I was a minor does that 3-10 year bar fit my case ? also I'd like to go back and finish my education over there in the states.. would I be able to obtain a student visa and return to finish school ?
